06. Frequently Asked Questions

Why shouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
The annual cost of a full-time, senior-experienced designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits. On top of that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the monthly plan, you can pause and continue your subscription as often as you need to ensure that you're not only paying when you have work available, but also saving money when it counts.

How many requests can I make?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like (kind of like adding tasks to your to-do list), and they'll be delivered one-by-one.

What's an example of a request?
Anything from "Can you update the header to include Variant A's menu items with every available dropdown?" to “Can you design a home page with ABC and XYZ?”

How fast will I receive my design requests?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

What if I don't like the designs I received?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the designs until you're 100% satisfied.

How does the pause feature work and its benefits?
We understand you may not have enough design work or requests to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Simply pause your subscription until you have more ideas that need designing. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 2 weeks, and then decide to pause your subscription. At an average rate of $52/hour for a full-time or freelance designer, you'd be paying them $4,160 for two weeks worth of work vs. our $4,995/month design subscription.

What programs do you design in?
Most of our designs are made in Figma.

What's your refund policy?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
